Dennis Wing
Dennis is an honours graduate and Chartered FCIPD. The first seventeen years of
his career were spent in Personnel management during which he worked in the Electricity
Supply, Engineering Consultancy and IT industries, culminating in a UK Board appointment
with Apollo Computer.
He subsequently worked in Executive Search before shifting the focus of his career
from resourcing to Personal and Career Development in 1991. Since then he has worked
with individuals and groups from a wide range of occupational and industrial backgrounds
to help them manage their development in line with the changing needs of their businesses.
Dennis acts as the Programme Director and lead Assessor for Carlton Stewart's CMI
qualifying programmes.
Clare Hall
Throughout her career, Clare has specialised in business and personal transformation,
working with both teams and individuals to improve their contribution to corporate
performance.
Working primarily in the IT and finance sectors, Clare has designed, managed and
delivered innovative corporate training and development programmes. Today, she works
as an executive coach and consultant to organisations, enabling managers and highly
successful teams to work with greater efficiency and deliver more.
Clare is an NLP Master Practitioner and member of several professional institutes,
including CMCIPD, MCMI,FRSA and BPS.
Tony Peace
Tony is a Chartered Management Accountant who worked in various parts of the engineering
industry and as Financial Director of Lennox Industries.
He has provided outplacement services for seven years and has provided insights
into finance for hundreds of managers via his Finance for Non Financial managers
programme.
He has done a great deal of work for various Chambers of Commerce in the East Midlands
and for the University of Nottingham.
Rosanna Rees
Rosanna is a senior training and development professional, with an excellent track
record in design and delivery. An experienced coach, she is able to work with learners
at all levels and is experienced in both the private and public sectors.
As Head of Training and Development in Glaxo Smith Kline, Rosanna ran management
and leadership development programmes both in the UK and internationally. As a consultant,
she has worked extensively as a career counsellor.
Rosanna holds an MBA from Bradford University Management Centre, a BA Sociology
and English, Strathclyde University and the Diploma in Personnel Management. She
is a CMCIPD.
Anne White
A qualified teacher and trainer, Anne worked for some twenty years in industry (mostly in
Manufacturing and Retailing) in Sales and Marketing and management roles. As Sales
Manager for the UK subsidiaries of 2 Japanese companies, she was responsible for all aspects
of Sales management, and later, as General Manager for one of these companies, was
responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the UK subsidiary.
In 1993 Anne set up her own business to train and develop Sales teams for commercial clients
and to offer business skills training to both established and emerging businesses. In
1998 she became an accredited Trainer and Assessor for the ISMM (the Institute of Sales &
Marketing Management) to offer their range of qualification programmes.
Anne has training qualifications recognised by the Department of Education & Science,
management qualifications from the OU, and is a Fellow of ISMM.
